After speaking with you about your vision, and looking through your photo boards, I will begin to address every element of your ceremony and reception. Through this process we will choose your perfect team of wedding creatives that will help us bring together the desired look and unforgettable experience.

You become part of my family when you sign on for the Nomad Nuptials experience. All my efforts go toward the details of your beautiful day, just as if you were part of my family. No event is too big or too small when you have the love of family guiding you through the day. It’s important to me that we create memories that you will cherish for a lifetime. 

To make the planning process easier for you, Nomad Nuptials has handcrafted a year long wedding bible with a month by month breakdown of what you should be focusing on. Full of advice, this guide will help you through dress shopping, how to choose your guest list, what to serve at the bar and so on. We are here for you at all times, but it is nice to have a written reference and checklist that you can turn to as well. 

Your layout will be created using a computer program called Social Tables. This will be extremely helpful for you when choosing where to seat your guests. Also a wonderful tool to use for a virtual tour of how things will look at your reception.

After we have the perfect layout, design, ideal creative team, and vendor contracts, We will put together your timeline of events for your wedding rehearsal and your wedding day. This is a fully personalized process that will be sculpted until it’s just right for you. 

Within the final 2-8 weeks before your wedding we reach out to everyone on your creative team to find out what they require. We deliver the vision of your day and foster a unified goal for your event. Your wedding will have no surprises that we can’t seamlessly handle. 

A day or two before your wedding we will meet at your venue and stage a run through. If we don’t have access to the venue, we will find a place to stage your run through off site. 

The day of your wedding a Nomad team member will arrive early to begin setting up the decor for the ceremony and reception sites. We will be sure to check in on you and your bridal party as you prepare for the day's events.

Your wedding team will be greeted as they arrive and given explicit direction for set up. We will be sure to manage all questions so that you can spend your time in preparation, along with your bridal party and loved ones.  

We will work closely with your photographer and dj to keep the day moving according to your timeline. Candles will be lit, lights will be turned on, all questions will come to us, and any situation that arises will be handled with ease. 

Your wedding gifts and cards will be moved to the most secure place available during your event. At the end of the evening we will help load your gifts, cards, personal items and decor into the vehicle of your choosing. 

A plan will be crafted for the return of rented items. This will be in accordance with the contracts of your creative team as well as the restrictions of your venue.

Why do day of?

This is the perfect arrangement if you want to oversee most of the planning process and vendor selection on your own. 

Six weeks before your wedding I begin planning right beside you. A meeting will be scheduled at your venue so that you can share your vision and get me up to speed. 

I offer guidance with any sensitive issues, and answer any lingering questions you may have. I will sort through all the final details, giving you time to enjoy the remaining celebrations leading up to your big event.  

After receiving your wedding vendor contacts, I will reach out to your creative team and learn about their requirements. I’ll share with them the vision of your day, and foster a unified goal for your event. Your wedding will have no surprises that I can’t seamlessly handle.

Using all of the information gathered from you and your creative team, I will craft a detailed timeline and make sure to share this with you and all of your vendors. A few weeks before your wedding I will contact your team once again to let them know when they should arrive and clarify any other expectations that we have for them.
